Freight and delivery
The delivery of goods from the site shall be deemed to have taken place once the consumer has been supplied with the goods. The shipment of goods is done with UPS, FedEx, DHL, China Post, USPS, DPD, Maersk, Nippon Express, Ryder System, TNT, Expeditors International, Panalpina, Exel.
It can take up to 48 hours from the last scan of the package in our country, to the next action in the selected delivery country.

Return and cancellation rights
We grants a 60-day right of withdrawal, effective from the day you receive your goods. If you regret the purchase, the shop must be notified within 60 days of the day you received your goods. You are obliged to return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity as it has been received.

Always use our returnportal, so we can quickly get a handle on your return. You will receive the money credited within 10 days. If you want a different size or item, we recommend buying a new one through our webshop immediately, so we can ensure fast delivery.
